It just means you're lost. It's a geometry joke.
What even is being lost? Surely anywhere you don't recognise is a place you have just found! Were the great explorers lost when they discovered new lands? One really must consider the positives that lack of familiarity with one's surroundings can bring.
Or maybe "lost in translation" is a self-referential critique and pertains to what you are currently reading? Is this what it ought to say? Probably not since this description was originally whistled in Silbo Gomero.
